Shipping policy

We do not currently offer worldwide or international shipping. We ship within the US and Canada.

The shipping carriers that we currently use are USPS and UPS.

We offer every delivery option available through our carriers. Shipping costs and delivery time options are listed during checkout.

All orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped within 2-5 business days.

Free standard/ground shipping is currently offered only for orders totaling $200 and up. 

There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If a package is lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address, customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier regarding the issue. We are not liable or responsible for the mishandling of orders once they are shipped. If there is an error with the delivery address provided to us during processing, customers will be contacted by us via email from info@thecloudxshop.com
